Returns and Refunds Policy

No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or any other preference-based reason. This applies to all customers regardless of location, delivery address, or nationality.

Claims for Defects, Damage, Wrong Item, or Other Issues
If you believe the item received has a genuine manufacturing defect, arrived damaged, is materially different from what was described/advertised, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable UAE law, please contact us **immediately** upon receipt (and in any event within a short reasonable period) at **sinasportsweardubai@gmail.com**.  

Provide:  
- Your full order number and proof of purchase  
- A detailed written explanation of the issue  
- Clear photos or other verifiable evidence (e.g., videos, close-ups showing the alleged problem)  
- Any other relevant details  

We will review your submission promptly and at our **sole and absolute discretion** determine whether the claim is valid and, if so, what remedy (if any) is appropriate—such as repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund. Our decision is final and binding. We are not obligated to approve any claim, and we reserve the right to reject claims lacking sufficient evidence, submitted late, or where the issue results from misuse, improper handling, normal wear, or customer error.  

Items must not be returned without our prior written approval and explicit instructions (including any specified return address). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed, and you remain responsible for all costs incurred.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances (except to the extent a mandatory UAE statutory remedy applies for proven defects):  
- Perishable goods  
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products  
- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products  
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases  
- Sale/discounted items  
- Gift cards or digital products  

Refunds (Only if Approved by Us)  
If we approve a refund after our review, it will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (typically up to 10 business days). Additional time may be required for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If more than 15 business days pass after our approval without the refund appearing, contact us at **sinasportsweardubai@gmail.com**. No interest or compensation is payable for any delay.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution  
These Terms (including this Returns and Refunds Policy), your purchase, any order, and all related matters are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (including federal laws and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai), without regard to principles of conflict of laws.  

Any claim, dispute, controversy, or legal proceeding of any kind arising out of, relating to, or in connection with these Terms, your order, the products, our website, or any interaction with us—including but not limited to claims regarding defects, refunds, returns, replacements, misrepresentation, breach of contract, product liability, consumer rights, or any other theory—shall be resolved **exclusively** in the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.  

You irrevocably:  
- Submit to the **exclusive personal jurisdiction** of the Dubai courts  
- Waive any objection to venue, forum non conveniens, or inconvenience of the Dubai forum  
- Agree not to initiate, file, or participate in any lawsuit, proceeding, or claim in any court, tribunal, or forum outside the UAE (including your country of residence or any other jurisdiction)  
- Waive any right to a jury trial or class/collective action to the fullest extent permitted by law  

This exclusive jurisdiction clause applies regardless of your location, nationality, delivery address, or where the order was placed/shipped. Nothing in this clause limits mandatory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15/2020 as amended) for defective or non-conforming goods, but any such claims or remedies must be pursued exclusively through the process above and, if escalated, solely in the Dubai courts.
