OVERVIEW
Welcome to Sina Sportswear! The terms "we", "us", "our" and "Sina Sportswear" refer to Sina Sportswear (the business entity operating this store). We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify, Inc. ("Shopify"), which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy), govern your access to and use of the Services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, warranties, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or using the Services (including placing an order), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a minor or dependent, you consent to their use under your supervision.

To use certain features (e.g., purchasing), you may need to provide accurate, current, and complete information (e.g., email, billing, payment, shipping details). You warrant that all information you provide is true and that you have authority to provide it. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share, transfer, sell, or assign your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We strive for accurate product representations, but colors, appearances, and details may vary due to device settings, lighting, or other factors. We do not warrant that products will match depictions exactly or meet your expectations.

Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

All products are offered subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. Orders are not binding until we confirm acceptance (e.g., via email) and process payment.

We may cancel, modify, or refuse orders (even after confirmation) due to errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or other reasons, and will notify you using provided contact details.

Purchases are for personal or household use only—not for resale, export, or commercial purposes unless expressly authorized. All orders are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the one in effect at order placement, as shown in your confirmation. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, or import fees unless stated.

You warrant that your payment information is accurate, you are authorized to use it, and charges will be honored. You agree to pay all amounts due, including applicable taxes and fees.

We may correct pricing errors post-order without liability.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery estimates are approximate only—not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays, losses, or issues caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or events beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier. You are responsible for customs clearance and any related fees/duties.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services (including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, content) are owned by us, our affiliates, licensors, or Shopify and protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. No reproduction, modification, distribution, or other unauthorized use without our prior written consent. All rights not granted are reserved.

Our trademarks, logos, and slogans may not be used without permission. Shopify's marks are owned by Shopify.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS / THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations "as is" without warranties or liability. Your use is at your own risk; review third-party terms.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Access at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Sales occur directly between you and Sina Sportswear. Shopify is not a party to transactions and is released from all related claims, damages, or liabilities.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy and Shopify's policies. By using the Services, you consent to data processing, including international transfers.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
Any feedback, suggestions, or submissions grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose. We have no obligation to respond, pay, or keep confidential.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
We may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability without notice, including after order submission.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only lawfully. Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to) violating laws, infringing IP, harassment, transmitting malware, spamming, scraping, using automated tools/AI agents without compliance (see Section 14), or any action harming us, Shopify, or others.

We may terminate access immediately for violations.

SECTION 14 - AGENTS / AUTOMATED ACCESS
Any "Agent" (autonomous software/AI) must identify itself clearly in requests (e.g., user-agent string) and comply with all restrictions. We may block or limit Agents.

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION
We may terminate your access anytime without notice. Surviving provisions include IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law, etc.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted use.

We do not warrant defect-free products or error-free Services. Reliance on any information is at your risk.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Sina Sportswear, Shopify, nor our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, or licensors shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages (including lost profits, data loss, replacement costs) arising from your use of the Services, products, or these Terms—even if advised of the possibility.

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, etc.).

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sina Sportswear, Shopify, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law/third-party rights, or use of the Services.

We control defense/settlement; you cooperate fully.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision is invalid/unenforceable, it is severed to the extent required; remaining provisions remain in effect.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of subsequent breaches. These Terms (plus referenced policies) constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior understandings.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
We may assign these Terms without notice. You may not assign without our written consent.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms, your use of the Services, and any related matters are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (federal laws and laws of the Emirate of Dubai), without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, products, or transactions—including defects, refunds, liability, consumer rights, or any theory—shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts, waive objections to venue/forum non conveniens, agree not to initiate proceedings elsewhere (including your residence country), and waive jury trial/class/collective actions to the extent permitted.

Mandatory UAE consumer rights under Federal Law No. 15/2020 apply, but all claims/resolutions must proceed exclusively via the process in our policies and, if necessary, solely in Dubai courts.

SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Check periodically.
